Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
It must also be in the original packaging. For any faulty items, this needs to be identified within the 14 days period and brought
to our support team's attention if items are to be replaced. Beyond that, a warranty claim needs to be raised and this will be done with
the manufacturer of the product.
If there are any issues with your order, please advise us as soon as possible.
If 14 days has passed since your order has been received, unfortunately, we will not be able to assist.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If an item does not meet these standards, the returned items will be shipped back to the sender at the buyers expense.
To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include this information as well as the nature or description of
the problem inside of the package too.
